Poetry- I heard a radio story about scientists having discovered the color of the universe and wrote this little poem out, nonchalantly and in no particular order.
lyrics
Now’s the time for moving on…
I captured all my thoughts and wrote ‘em down
On this tiny piece of paper
All my thoughts were summed up in a paragraph
But I lost that piece of paper
Now’s the time for moving on
I heard about your poem in a jar
All the skeptics say that it will never work
But I think I know what’s going on
Poetry in glass it’ll catch on fast
Now’s the time for moving on…
I heard we shot a rocket to the moon
And we know the color of the universe
Such a giant leap for man
Tangerine green and turquoise
Now’s the time for moving on…
